Frequently asked questions


How far do you travel for weddings?
My standard coverage area (50 mile radius of NN8 postcode) Travelling charges apply to locations outside of this limit and will be charged at a flat rate of £1 (GBP) per mile.

How far in advance do we need to book?
The vast majority of my clients book approximately one year to two years in advance. Please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

What happens if it rains?
I will discuss alternative locations for the shots I would normally take outdoors with you should the weather not be suitable.

What is your copyright policy on images?
I firmly believe that as you have hired us to take photographs for your special day that the photos should belong to you. You will be supplied with high resolution digital copies to do with as you please for non commercial purpose.

What methods of payment do you accept?
I can accept cash, credit card or paypal on my website. Full written receipts will be given with all payments received.

Do you have all relevant insurance?
Yes all of my equipment is PAT tested and we also hold PLI insurance, however it is also recommended that you have taken out any relevant wedding insurance.

Do you carry backup equipment?
Yes I carry backup equipment with at all times.

What deposit do you require to book?
A booking deposit of £250 is required to book. The remaining balance will be required by no later than 30 days prior to wedding although payments can be made at any time should you wish to spread the costs over a period of time and will be credited to your account.
